How to claim a bonus?

I didn’t receive the bonus I claimed. What do I do next?

Can I claim more than one bonus?

Claiming more than one bonus is against the rules of Two-Up Casino, because if you do that, we won’t be able to properly calculate whether or not the wagering requirements were met.

What is playthrough/wagering?

Playthrough/wagering is the mechanism that allows us to give lucrative and entertaining bonuses to our players. Basically, it’s the number of times the player needs to wager the sum of their deposit and/or bonus to cash out their winnings. When we say that our bonuses has x30 playthrough, we mean that the sum of the deposit and bonus should be wagered 30 times before withdrawal. For example, if you claim a 250% bonus on your deposit of $100, you’ll get $250 in bonus money. The sum of your deposit and bonus will be $100+$250=$350. Then, multiply this number by 30, and you’ll see that the WR for this particular bonus is $10,500.

What is the maximum cashout?

The maximum cashout is the limit for some bonuses, as determined by the Bonus T&Cs. This term refers to the precise value that limits the amount of winnings you can cash out from a particular bonus.

What are Comp Points and how they work?

Comp points are another form of bonus, and their number is directly proportional to the amount of funds you’ve wagered with Two-Up Casino. Every $10 you wager with us grants you 1 Comp Point. The value of 1 Comp Point is $0.01, and 100 Comp Points = $1. Comp Points have no playthrough or max cash-out attached to them originally, which means that if you redeem them while you don’t have any active bonuses, and after making at least one deposit - you won’t be bound by any limitations. However, if you redeem Comp Points while having any form of bonus active on your account, then the current bonus limitations will be imposed on your Comp Points.
